Delivery

Rivvo aims to despatch most orders within 24 hours of receipt as most items are in stock,but please allow 7-10 days. You will be contacted regarding expected delivery time.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, they are estimates. Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm. Rivvo takes no responsibility for delays or non-delivery if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.

Please note that our couriers do not deliver during the weekend. Our couriers will require a signature.   

Delivery pricing is as follows:

UK with exceptions - Most items INCLUDE standard p & P (check items for exceptions)
UK with exceptions - Next working day - £4.95.

Northern Ireland - 3 working days - £23 per 15kgs
Scottish Islands and Islands - 3 working days - £23 per 15 kgs
Isle of Man and Scilly Isles - 3 working days - £23 per 15 kgs

Channel Islands - 2 working days - £23 per 10 kgs

France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany or Denmark - 4 working days - 3kgs £21, 6kgs £27

Ireland - 4 working days - 3kgs £27, 6kgs £34

Italy, Greece, Spain or Portugal - 5 working days - 3kgs £40, 6kgs £50

Sweden or Austria - 5 working days - 3kgs £50, 6kgs £60

USA - 5 working days - 3kgs £34, 6kgs £47

Working days are Monday to Friday but not public holidays.
